How many years of product guarantee does BAUNAT warrant?

BAUNAT provides all its customers a product warranty of 20 years against any hidden defects in your handmade jewellery.

All of our jewellery is made by hand within the various stages of the production process and inspected by expert craftspeople with many years of experience. Every finished item if jewellery is also subjected to a rigorous general quality check just immediately prior to dispatch.

Should the item of jewellery not live up to our high quality standards for any reason however, then the customer is able to rely on a 20-year product guarantee.
