After having received your payment on our account, our artisans in Antwerp start the manufacturing of your diamond jewel.
In case you would like to change the ring size of your diamond jewel after the production process has started, you can contact a BAUNAT representative through info@baunat.com, with the clear mentioning of your order number.
In most cases, we can still change the ring size without charge at the beginning of the production process, but this depends on the exact design and material of the diamond ring.
When the ring is almost ready for shipment and you would like to change the ring size, an extra cost for size adjustment can be charged. Click here for more information.
