What is the process from purchase to delivery?

Buying online jewellery from BAUNAT stands for buying jewellery in confidence. Once you have made your choice, placed the order and registered your payment, we will contact you to confirm your purchase. From that point, we start the artisanal production of your jewellery.

How long does the production process take?

Your jewellery is made by hand in Antwerp. The exact production time depends on the selected jewellery, the desired material and the diamond quality. When you decide to buy jewellery online, the production time can vary. Usually, the delivery time in Belgium of an existing model is a maximum of 8 working days. When you order tailor-made designer jewellery, you should count on about 4 weeks.

When will I know the exact delivery date?

At every step in the production process of your jewellery, you will receive an update from us. As soon as the production process is complete, we will contact you to determine the delivery date together. At that time, you will be able to adjust both the delivery date and the delivery address. Most deliveries are made on weekdays.

Since we cannot give you an exact hour of delivery, someone must be present at the delivery address all day. If desired, you can use your work address or the address of someone you trust (family, friends...).

What happens after delivery?

When you decide to buy jewellery online at BAUNAT, you can rely on 100% insured shipping up to the moment of reception. After your jewellery has been delivered by the courier, you will also be contacted by one of our employees to confirm proper delivery. From that point, you have 30 days to change your mind (only applicable to standard jewellery).

During this period, you may return the jewellery without giving a reason, after which your purchase price will be refunded. Exchanging for other jewellery is also possible.
