If the sleeves of your shirt have no buttons, then use cufflinks. First fold the (double) cuffs so that they form a nice straight line at the bottom. Then keep the cuffs together so that the four buttonholes are on top of each other. Now put the cufflink through and twist or fold the closure to fasten the cufflink.
