How do I track the status of my delivery?

As soon as your jewellery has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number of the package. Although we cannot give you an exact time of delivery, you can expect the delivery between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. If no one is at the address, the courier will leave his contact details in order to arrange a new date. When the courier informs us that your jewellery is delivered, we will contact you for final confirmation.
