Can I still change the invoicing- or delivery address after the start of the production process?

After having received your payment on our account, our artisans in Antwerp start the manufacturing of your diamond jewel.

In case you would like to change the delivery address, you can contact a sales representative through info@baunat.com, with the clear mentioning of your order number.

Before shipment, you will receive an email from a BAUNAT employee for a confirmation of your delivery address. The invoicing-and delivery address can be changed as long as the package is not shipped.
